I had a very good experience with both Mike and Josh with Dad’s Carpet Cleaning. Before beginning the actual cleaning process they went over all the steps including applying a pre conditioner, the cleaning process and a post cleaning procedure. During the cleaning, I was advised about certain areas that might be a problem in the future and how to take care of it. I will certainly give the job completed by Dad’s personnel a 5 star rating.
