Jake came and power washed my metal awnings today. I’m beginning to think I was never aware of the true color of them. They actually match the paint on my house, by golly! LOL. I was very impressed with the fact that when he came by to take a look to give me an estimate, he noticed that one of my awnings had pulled loose from the house.He recommended that I get that taken care of before he power washed. Very courteous, top notch company! You won’t be sorry.👏👏👏

I manage the Topeka Farm Show and hired Curb Appeal Power Wash to clean off the machinery before they were put on display. They did an excellent job. Two guys would soap and power wash then a third would dry it off with a leaf blower. I received many complements on their efficiency and attention to detail. Highly Recommend!

We have been prepping our house for new paint. So we made an appointment and Jake from Curb Appeal came out to wash our house. It looks nothing short of spectacular! our gutters we're grungy and disgusting. Now they look like new. We are now ready to paint our house!

Excellent service, Jake is very particular about his work and the service he provides. He power washed the exterior of our house in Gardner before we painted and it was a perfect prep for us. His cleaning product removed dirt and mold etc but did not harm vegetation. He also power scrubbed our age old sidewalks, they looked new. Definitely recommend Curb Appeal.
