CT Pet Fence is great! The people are professional and respond promptly to calls and/or inquiries. We had the fence initially installed in our backyard and a year or so later expanded it to the front yard. The training is thorough - you do have to follow up with it until you’re confident your dog respects it. It works great and our dog black lab has never breached it.

Phil installed our fence in 2010. We've had a few service calls due to lightning and spliced wires. He's responded and come to our house to repair within 24 hours! He's trained 2 of our large breed dogs and neither have gotten out. I don't know what I would do without Phil or Pet Stop. Best decision we've ever made!

Fast efficient service and wonderful employees

Phil is AMAZING. He took the time to explain everything to me...my dog never leaves the yard and just watches other dogs walk by on the street. I also have the collar with remote to take so he can be off leash and comes when I call him. I would most definitely recommend Phil to anyone!!

I love this company because of how personable they all were, whether on the the phone or in person. They made me feel important and my dogs too. They spent the necessary time training my dogs and it worked to perfection. Of course I would recommend them to anyone and I already have, my neighbors used them too and that crazy dog has stayed in his yard ever since.

Phil has been very responsive and hands on with any questions we have had since- helping set the levels of the unit, adjusting a collar, adding another collar when we got a new dog, and with hand delivering new collars when one of the dogs chewed on the collar.
