Barry was very helpful with our questions about mold in our RV. I really appreciate his approach, his knowledge and his willingness to share it. I have given his information to Gary, a building employee at the YMCA who is going to discuss this further with Fred Donohoe because he is interested in the issue of mold.

What a wonderful experience. Both of the men who came to do the inspection were thoughtful, well-informed and excellent at explaining everything in layman's terms. My sister and I were worried at first that we might experience sexism and condescending attitudes, but it was quite a relief to experience nothing like that. It was an informative experience.

We had a Great visit from CSI. They were Very informative and knowledgeable in the problem we were having. They gave us a lot of possible solutions on how to fix the problem. Would Highly recommend them!

Brad, our inspector, was as professional as he was efficient. During the course of a multi-hour inspection (not surprising given the size of this property), Brad performed his job without needing any real assistance from either my wife or myself. This allowed me the opportunity to take measurements throughout the house and my wife to take additional photos of the home.

Overall, both my wife and I are exceedingly pleased with Brad, as well as the entire CSI team with which we have interacted. We came to the CSI team with a rather extreme suspense to have this property inspected. But, rather than except that our needs were impossible to meet, CSI rallied to our aide and knocked this inspection out of our way.
