Barry was very helpful. He showed up early and even finished earlier than anticipated. He showed me all the items that I may need to know and walked through the preliminary findings for the report. He had additional helpful documentation for my records and provided me the formal report to my email the very next morning. It was a seamless process.

You certainly get what you pay for! While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. Patrick conducted a very thorough inspection. He reviewed his findings immediately after the inspection and answered all my questions. After receiving the written report, I had a couple more questions. Patrick returned my call within a few hours and patiently answered my additional questions. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would use CSI again.

Although he could not determine my A/C processor was working not good and need to be replaced, he also mentioned to find a HVAC guy to evaluate the A/C system
Also notice that A/C unit run not mean it is working well
In my case, I must replace the A/C unit and furnace
