I love Crossfit ICONZ! I joined ICONZ thinking one dimensional with my fitness goals and have experienced a total life transformation due to being part of the ICONZ family. It is because of the positive familial and team environment that Keefa has created, the life coaching she shares. Her principles of not only visualizing, and verbalizing the change you want to see, but putting in the work has not only applied to my fitness and overall health, but all aspects of my life. Her positivity and love for what she does is reflected in the gym and the coaches. Everyone in the gym is supportive and encouraging. No matter where you are in your journey towards a healthier you, Crossfit ICONZ is the place to start putting in the work to making your goals, your reality.

Best Crossfit box in Atlanta! Whenever I come in town from LA I always get my workout on at Iconz! The gym is more of a community and the coaches are amazing!

This is a great place to workout. Don't be scared by what you see on TV regarding Crossfit. EVERYONE can Crossfit. If you are bored with your gym routine, in a rut, looking for motivation, have hit a plateau, looking for the next best thing, or just want to try something new - Iconz is where it's at!

Every time you come you'll be doing something different, there are great coaches that lead the class and teach you proper form and push you so you keep seeing results.
