The worst experience I ever had. Dimitri the account manager that was working with me to get my problems solve. First they can’t get your problem resolved that they claim they do and charge you for that service and 2nd he was very very disrespectful and he don’t know how to talk to someone I highly recommend never ever waste your time and money I wasted my 3+ months.
Avoid- please don’t take the credit for my score increase as it was result of my balance pay off which I already told to your rep and I have never seen any thing deleted from my account and my score also just increased because I paid off almost all off my credit card because of my home buying process.
It’s really really bad to take credit for something that was not done
