Believe me when I say I over research and finding an underground pet fence was not an exception. I had three different companies estimates. Tim at Pet Stop while not the lowest he was not the highest either. You truly do get what you pay for. It came down to bang for the buck and Pet Stop of VA is second to none. Always on time and thorough. I actually had them back out to do additional work and again they did not disappoint. After initial training Tim was always available to walk me through fence adjustments until I was satisfied. His trainer is excellent and worked great with our dogs. Love my Pet Stop of VA fence! Not sure what in the world I’d do without IT! We live out in the country and there is just no other way to let our sweet Golden Retriever run “free”! He loves running around but knows his limits! He will literally stand and bark at his favorite ball if it rolls outside his designated area! Recently, I had one of my receivers break (old age and a TON of use) and left a message with my info requesting to be called back. Christy was very prompt in calling me back and gave me all of the information I needed to start my warranty process and take down my payment info for the shipping and any other additional product costs I would need. It was as easy as taking a few photos of the damaged collar/parts and sending them via text. That same night coincidentally, my other dog's receiver decided to bite the bullet and Christy was so accommodating when I sent her yet another text message asking if I could add on another collar for warranty and making sure I had all of the correct parts I needed. Tim with Pet Stop of Virginia was top notch from start to finish. The install was great with very little evidence of an underground fence being installed. Tim did a 5-day training with our new Boxer puppy and 7-year-old Boston. After a few days the dogs were on there own and roaming freely.
