PetStop is absolutely amazing! We had a Houdini on our hands that kept escaping our back yard. We tried everything and felt hopeless. Then we were told about PetStop. And let me tell you what… it has been the best decision we have ever made for our boy. We have a German Shepherd and he is a smart and very sweet boy, he just liked exploring a little too much for our liking. Now we can hangout in the back yard, front yard, really anywhere in our yard and he can be a free bird without the escaping part! 😂 We love PetStop and you should definitely use them for your fur babies! Great customer service I had 1 of 3 collars go bad they took care of it with the warranty . I had this system which I highly recommend if you have pets I had this system for 3 years never an issue just one of the collars went bad .

Jillian at PetStop (invisible fencing) provided phenomenal education for our puppy. She had him trained to the fence in 4 visits! She is patient and upbeat, very knowledgeable about dogs and training methods, and prompt with our appointments. I would encourage people that wish to have peace of mind in their dog’s safety to consider PetStop and Jillian as your trainer. I wish I could say that I'm thrilled, fantastic, in awe, and now I can. This review went from a one star to 5 stars for the fast acting and great customer serves I have gotten. I would give more stars if I could and maybe I can. Just look up at night and start counting the stars and that would be for them. I have to say that I'm very impressed with Tim and the fact that he responded back to me within about 10 minutes of my original review. The three transmitters that can not be repaired they are going to replace them for me. I have five very large Saint Bernard's and at $500.00 a collar I really could not have been able to replacing them since I feel that they never should have come apart and been able for a dog to get into the transmitter and be able to eat the components within. I think they should be replaced but, I'm assuming it would not happen and I would be out another... Read more >

We love the up-lighting on the front of our home. It looks elegant and professional. Tim installed the lighting in the rain to complete the job before the Thanksgiving holiday.

It is rare that you purchase something that works exactly as promised, but my underground Pet Stop fence really does. The fence was installed in August for my new puppy and I was hopeful but skeptical at the same time. I waited several months to write a review just in case something went awry. Well, it hasn't. This fence has never failed, my puppy doesn't even consider crossing that line. Besides the fact that the product works as promised, the Pet Stop team are very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful all the way through, and even after your purchase! The trainer came and trained our puppy for as many times as it took for her to feel comfortable with his ability to stay within the boundaries and every person I've interacted with has been helpful and kind. l would HIGHLY recommend Pet Stop of Virginia. Pet stop was timely, responsive, and professional. They came out to provide me with information and then promptly installed the fence AND trained our puppy on it. Jillian worked with our puppy in a very fun playful environment and our puppy had a fun time learning her boundaries. Jillian set up temptations to make sure our puppy understood and continued to provide lots of play and treats along the way. I was skeptical about an invisible fence because of the experience we had with trying a DIY invisible fence with our husky many years ago. But, a neighbor had a good experience so we gave it a try on our new dog. It worked great. Jillian was great with training her on the fence. I really appreciated them using the lowest setting that would be effective. It did mean that the dog ran past the fence once, but Jillian came right back out and adjusted the fence. No escapes since. I would much rather go through the trial and error of finding the lowest effective setting then unnecessarily hurting the dog.
We used Pet Stop again a year later with our next dog and had a similar experience. Two years now and not a single escape. Neither of the dogs even try the fence now. Read more >

Although a little pricier than some of the other options for in-ground fencing, pet stop was a complete one stop shop. Within 20 minutes of requesting information (evening hours), a representative reached out to find out more about what I was looking for, and a week later she met me to survey our property. Despite all the hills and woods, they made it work. Fence installation took just over 2 hours and did not leave any marks on the lawn. Since my dog was trained off leash with good recall using a tone, he adapted to the fence almost immediately. It was a one and done training session for him that lasted less than 30 minutes!
