Creative Beginnings Child Development Center

There are no words that fully capture what this daycare means to me and my family, but I’ll try. Trusting someone else with your baby is one of the most vulnerable things you’ll ever do as a parent. You are handing over your heart, your peace, and the most precious part of your life, and this place has held all of that with so much care, love, and intention.

From the very beginning, every single staff member has gone above and beyond to make us feel seen, known, and valued. They don’t just “watch” children here. They truly know them. They remember each child’s personality, their little quirks, their routines, and they take the time to know the parents too. That level of effort and presence is rare, and it means everything.

As new parents, my husband and I were so nervous about putting our 3 month old in daycare. That said, I truly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for and love on our daughter while we are at work. Every single person makes us feel so comfortable and their communication is amazing. Ms Jalissa and Ms Rhonda (infant room) are truly such incredible women and our daughter adores them - as do we! My daughter oaklee loves coming here the staff is always warm and welcoming and my daughter is nothing but giggles leaving here.

My daughter has been attending creative Beginnings since she was 10 weeks old. This has been over a year. They have been absolutely wonderful with her. From the front staff to the teachers, everyone knows Oaklee. They treat her like family. I love the app to keep an eye on her during the day. That eases my mind that shes being taken care of. She has learned so much from being there. I am thrilled with our decision to choose this daycare for her.

My son switched to this daycare after his previous was sending home 3-4 incident reports a week. He was getting bit, hit, etc. so we pulled him (we had used this facility for 5 years with our daughter and 2 for our son) and finally had enough. We assumed it would happen anywhere, kids at the age of 2-3 are tough. My son has been here for I believe close to 7-8 months and has not had ONE SINGLE ACCIDENT happen to him! We are thrilled. This daycare has been absolutely amazing for my two-year-old son. He’s been going there for almost a year. He comes home amazing me every day with signing his colors, potty training, sharing his toys, manners. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, you can really tell that everyone there actually cares about you and your family.

Our child was at a different daycare from 3 months to 3 years, and when we finally switched to Creative Beginnings it made a WORLD of difference. Our child’s speech improved almost overnight, she was fully potty trained in just 2 weeks, and more vibrant than ever. Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Melissa, the director and asst. director, are always at the front desk every single morning greeting every single child by name. We are so happy to have found Creative Beginnings on Holmestown Rd!

We have enrolled our son at Creative Beginnings (Holmestown) since 2021. We are so impressed with how much he has learned in his time there! He’s now five years old and we still call him our ‘baby genius’, and give Creative Beginnings all the credit! The staff in every department, and in each classroom, are all so kind. We LOVE Creative Beginnings! ♥️

Creative beginnings is fantastic. I was always very skeptical of putting my son in daycare but they have taught him so much and care about him. My son learned his numbers, colors, shapes, some sign language all during circle time. I really appreciate the very open communication between the admin, teachers and us. I emailed them a concern and they called me within the hour to address my concerns and explain what they were doing to correct it. It’s been a great experience thus far.

There is no better daycare center around period! From babies to pre-K they know what they are doing! I have a child that started at age 2 and went thru till before pre-K and is now accepted into gifted and talented in public school for next year. I also have a thriving almost two year old who loves her teachers and is happy every morning at drop off! These teachers truly care for our baby and her milestones and achievements and we couldn’t be any happier and grateful! I wish I could give 10 stars!!! The staff truly is the best around and we love them!!!!!

Great daycare. Clean, organized and structured. My child loves going and is getting a great education. We’ve been to other daycares and this one is the best by far.

We have had such a positive experience at Creative Beginnings. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it’s clear how much they love the children. My daughter feels safe, happy, and excited to go each day, which gives us so much peace of mind!

I would happily and highly recommend this place. I actually used to go here as a child not too long ago. Although I do not know if they still work there, Mrs. Marie, Mrs. Lisa, Mrs. Julie, and more were all OUTSTANDING teachers. There were many fun things to do, not to mention the food was amazing as well. It was overall a great environment to grow up around!

We have had a great experience here and all the teachers are very caring. Our three-year-old always says he had such a fun day at school when he gets picked up. The summer camp is also great for our older son. We are happy to have found Creative Beginnings!

My son has been at the Holmestown Road location since he is three months old, he is now 2 1/2. We absolutely love it here! The staff is amazing. We love everybody like family. I wouldn’t trust any anywhere else to have my kids. Highly recommend!

Best childcare in Myrtle Beach, highly recommend!

We cannot be more happy with Creative Beginnings and the care, love and education that they have provided for our four year old over the past four years. He will be more than ready to attend HCS as a kindergartener in the fall thanks to CB and all that he has learned while there. The care and love that they have provided for our child is above and beyond and the relationships formed with all of the staff members he does and has encountered will last a lifetime. We can’t recommend Creative Beginnings - the staff, the curriculum, the love and the care they all provide - to others enough!

We’ve had our kiddos there since our 9 year old was just 3 months old. Everyone there is like family and we truly appreciate that!

As first-time parents, sending our one-year-old to daycare was nerve-wracking, especially after he got HFMD from a brief 15-minute visit. Thankfully, the situation resolved quickly. Despite my initial concerns, his teachers, Natellie and Lauren, have made me feel confident that he’s in great hands. He’s adjusted so well to the daycare, thanks to their care. The center even adapted the classroom to fit his nap schedule, which I truly appreciate. Their app is also fantastic—it's great to see pictures of him and get daily updates on his schedule, which is incredibly helpful for us as parents. I’m really happy with this place and highly recommend it!

Have been sending the kids there for a couple of years now. The staff is wonderful and they take good care of the kids.

My son has been attending CB since just before 1 year old. This is his last year before attending K next school year. He truly loved going to CB! On the weekends he will ask “is it a school day today?” He feels loved by his teacher and I as a parent feel as though the teachers preparing him for K.
