Kristal Rabb did a great job working with me to help me refine my resume and refine my Linkedin profile.
The conversations I had with her during all of our sessions were productive and she was great to work with.
The only items that have not yet met with my expectations would be receiving help with connecting to recruiters directly from CORE, as was advertised in the sell in, and I believe the interviewing help section, was a bit lower level than what I had expected.
Overall, great help, and it is still fairly early in the process, so perhaps the areas that I feel have fallen short, will come to fruition.

It was a great learning experience because Kristal Rabb was the best. Kristal educated me to things I never realized before but was not overbearing, her attitude was the right tempo and drive that made me want to be better.

This is my first experience with hiring a career coach and from the first conversation on whether to go down this path to actually going through the Complete Career Accelerator Plan has been great. Hey Erin. After 10 months I landed a job with Goal Zero here in Utah. It was actually one of the jobs I had applied to in August. I've hired career coaches in the past and the experience has been less than par. With Core, it was different. This team has current corporate experience working in HR, they understand corporate cycles having to do with compensation review, and succession planning process, goals, metrics, etc which made it much easier to articulate resume content and LinkedIn branding. In addition, the team is very connected and made several amazing introductions....of course, I had to do some heavy lifting myself, but core provided me with the tools to do it.
