I had my first appointment with Andrew today and I just wanted to share what a great chiropractor he is. You know those questions you either don’t think to ask (like me) or who forget to ask at the time you book your first appointment with a new chiropractor? Like “what kind of methods do they use?” “Do they use that awful clicky thing? Or are they the hands-on type?” kinds of questions. I’d like to give you some good intel for your chiropractic search.
Getting adjusted here has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself lately. My hips were off so bad one leg was half an inch longer than the other, and my knee was starting to really hurt when I walked down stairs. Andrew does the normal hands-on method and uses a combination of adjustments and pressure points to not just relieve immediate tension but also helps motivate your body to help repair itself (I had muscle issues causing my knee pain and he used pressure points to help). He was also very good at asking questions to understand what your day to day is like to truly understand the root cause of the issue. He even provided helpful suggestions on little changes I could do to improve range of motion and prevent injury.
He even said that his office will soon be starting to offer massage therapy (YES!) and acupuncture (I’ve always wanted to try it). Being that this place is at two of the busiest streets in Beaverton/Hillsboro, Baseline and Cornelius Pass, it is super convenient. The only negative I have is that the only way to get to in and out is that awful intersection in front of the Walmart market entrance, but that’s not the chiropractor’s fault haha. (City of Hillsboro, please fix this. Thanks!). People are normally pretty cool and will let you out back onto Cornelius Pass eventually, but that sometimes can take a while. Since you can also get some bento box dinner, a mani/pedi, and a bottle of liquor all in the same parking lot, you might as well just wait out the rush hour traffic and treat yourself at the end of a crazy day. Haha.
But back to my point (TL;DR) - I would highly recommend this place.
