I was under the impression Keto was my only option. But, I learned there’s an easier path. I have the eating plan and the good news is it’s not very expensive. Already I can see a difference. I would give Core Fitness a try. It’s worth it!

I have been going to Core Fitness for about 2 months. I was hesitant to write a review because the training is so great, I didn’t want to share. But they all deserve the praise. Core offers both personal and small group training. I have participated in the small group training. Depending on the time of day it can be 2 – 12 people. We do 12 different exercises in rotation. No two workouts are ever the same and the trainers are amazing. They offer the exercise, and a beginner and more advanced version so you can push yourself as much as you are able. I have experienced two of the trainers, both have been great. They ensure form, answer my crazy exercise questions and help keep me motivated. If you want a workout that gives you energy and builds strength, I highly recommend Core Fitness.

It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at they are great at working with you. Cory has a great program and his staff wonderful.

Great atmosphere for all levels of training . Staff and trainers remember everyone’s name and make everyone feel good about being there . Very motivating! I feel good every time I leave the gym , great workouts..... Mikey is an awesome trainer with a great attitude.....

I have really enjoyed working out at Core Fitness. When I first came, I was very stiff, tight and full of aches and pains. After a few short months of working with Cory and the other trainers, I feel much better and I'm starting to do strength Training. They made a point of working with me and paying attention to how I was responding to the workouts. I highly recommend Core Fitness!

I was actually looking for a place that I could work out and feel comfortable since I haven't worked out in years. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and talked to Cory. My husband was so impressed that he decided that Core Fitness would be a good place for him too. Corey gave us some choices that he thought would work well for us. No pressure and no long term contracts to sign! We asked if we could have private sessions with both of us at the same time. We knew that both of us going at the same time would be good motivation!
I love the flexibility of being able to text and set up our times and dates. Working out and feeling better was our main goal. We both look forward to our workouts with Marc. He shares tips and stories during the hour workout and always makes it fun and interesting. Even though my husband and I work out at the same time the workout is personalized for...

I started with Cory and Core Fitness as part of the Little Black Dress challenge. It was fun and I had great results.(-18lbs.) The workouts change every day. The most valuable part of working out there for me was the attention to proper form. Who wants to get injured at my age?

I have only been there for two month but love it. Cory's training (Boot Camp) is awesome and definitely produces great results.

I was a member of Core Fitness for over a year, and only left because I moved. Cory and his team are dedicated trainers who work hard to motivate us to perform a series of high intensity exercises. I never got bored! The class sizes were small enough so that everyone felt that they were getting lots of attention. I have high praise for this gym!

Cory is a great guy and a great fitness instructor. He really cares about his clients and works to modify any exercise as needed. I attended daily group 'boot camp' classes and loved every one. Super awesome that he offers many different class times per day so you are bound to find one that works. The gym has an intimate vibe and is full of positive energy. Don't be fooled by 'boot' camp, its more of a circuit where you work to your level at each station. I definitely recommend Cory and Core Fitness!

Cory is a fun and motivating trainer. After taking about a 5 year hiatus on training it's been really fun in a group setting again. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

These trainers get it! Cory and his staff at Core Fitness AZ know how to adjust workouts for each client's age and fitness level. I've been a client for over two years and have lost weight, inches, gained strength, endurance and flexibility. Best of all, learned to enjoy exercise.
