They ended up charging over double their estimate which I understand an estimate can change but there were several charges that I had Not been told about including a $700 heavy items fee?! WTH? My basement flooded. I called Cooper’s professional asking for a quote & availability due to my circumstances, they schedule me for a next day at 12 noon appointment. They arrived 15 minutes early they move all my things to a storage unit. I was very pleased with my experience they were awesome. Chris and Demetrius came within the specified time period, were very patient and friendly. Downtown Detroit can be hectic on a Monday morning but as soon as they greeted me, I was confident they were going to get the job done. They did. Quickly and efficiently. This company is excellent. Very professional, experience and funny. The two young men were very friendly, helpful and went beyond the call of duty to do whatever was required. They were on time and finish the job in a timely matter. I would definitely hire them again and again.
