My first time visit with Dr Grabow. The office staff seems to be efficient but there are not friendly enough to even say their names of what they’re going to do. For example… Hi Mrs Barba I’m Jane and will just ask a few ??? On your visit today and will be taking an X-ray of your hand afterwards in the other room. Dr Grabow on the other hand, has very pleasant manner and explained what needs to be done on your concerns. Unfortunately, from my end I forgot to ask questions.

The only constructive criticism is that it would be so much easier On the patient if the doc always said what he was about to do…like when I go to my dentist, he says ‘there will be a prick now’ or ‘I’m drilling next’. That sort of communication helps with the discomfort/pain, knowing what’s coming.
