These guys did a great job, they are very professional and efficient. The workman ship is very good. I would recommend them. The salesman also did a great job organizing and coordinating the work with the contractors and also got down and helped with install and cleaning up the laundromat once the job was done.

CLE did a complete retool for us, and to say we are happy is beyond anything I can put into words. Everything was done correctly and if there was a problem they were quick to fix it. In my opinion, AL is the greatest distributor that I have ever dealt with and hope we can do many more mats together. After the retool we quadrupled business. I believe that CLE deserves most of that credit for doing it right the first time and representing a company like Dexter and standing by the product. I am very pleased with the way they conducted them selves through out the process.
I am not pleased with the service department. They seem to be unaware of the meaning of warranty and unwilling to return phone calls.

Good service, we order our laundry equipment during covid time so we have wait almost 6-9 month but that was the time. Other then installation was smooth process and their service was prompt, The other complain we have is we have to call them again with year because the machine was Vo baling and very shaky, so that was the additional $1000.00 plus cost we have to eat.As the experience company they could have figure that out in the beginning and save us some money. Other then everything was good. I will order my equipment from them again.
