CLE did a complete retool for us, and to say we are happy is beyond anything I can put into words. Everything was done correctly and if there was a problem they were quick to fix it. In my opinion, AL is the greatest distributor that I have ever dealt with and hope we can do many more mats together. After the retool we quadrupled business. Good service, we order our laundry equipment during covid time so we have wait almost 6-9 month but that was the time. Other then installation was smooth process and their service was prompt, The other complain we have is we have to call them again with year because the machine was Vo baling and very shaky, so that was the additional $1000.00 plus cost we have to eat.As the experience company they could have figure that out in the beginning and save us some money.
