I was referred to Power Health Colorado after my car accident. I have to say I truly recommend this practice. The PT staff, Quinn, Casey, and Brandon were awesome and instructed stretches and exercises that helped my mobility and help strengthen my lower back. Amy is truly a blessing, with magical massage hands that not only help heal the soreness but definitely massaged out the kinks in the deep muscle and aggravated knots. She also helped me by teaching me techniques to help with my lower back pain and even drew them out on a card so I can take it with me for a quick reminder!
