My experience with ComfortSpec was exceptional. Being from the city, my husband and I have no knowledge of Wells and Septic Systems, but Dan educated us very well about both, during our Home Inspection. Dan was very patient, and pleasant in doing so, and didn't seem to mind all our questions. Whenever I called Dan, he promptly returned my phone calls, even on his day off, which I wasn't aware of at the time when I called,and felt terrible for doing so. But once again, Dan was very pleasant. I also had the pleasure speaking with Krysta and Jade from the office.
