Folks on the phone were very helpful and attentive. Billy was awesome! He hustled but was thorough. The seller was home at the time of the inspection and was VERY chatty! Billy handled that situation tactfully and didn't let it interfere with what he was on site to accomplish. The report was thorough and informative. The inspector was fantastic. He was kind, energetic, knowledgeable and answered my questions professionally. Both the inspector and I arrived on time. The homeowner wasn't ready to leave until 15 minutes after our scheduled inspection was to start. The inspector waited outside with me and he displayed patience and tolerance of the tardiness of the owner. I would highly recommend your company and inspector to my friends. I chose Craig as my Inspector. He was at the house early and had started prior to me getting there. I arrived and he politely greeted me and immediately started explaining what he was doing and showed me in depth, the what, where, and why of each step. He did not hesitate to go high or crawl low. He got wet, dirty, (probably smelly) without hesitation. No stone was left unturned. He uncovered two large potential issues that would have been disastrous if we bought the house prior. 5 stars. Will definitely call again for any needs.
