He told us absolutely everything that was wrong and was really nice. He showed us every part of the home that there might be something wrong and took lots of pictures to show the owner. I would definitely recommend in the future.

Joe did a fantastic job with our home inspection. He was very thorough and easy going - he let us explore the house a bit more (measuring rooms, figuring out furniture) while he performed the inspection. He came to us periodically to inform us of some fixes that he would recommend along with important information about the home. He made sure all of our questions were answered by the end of the inspection and gave us some helpful pointers on contractors in the area for the updates we are looking into for our home. Joe was just a pleasure to have for the inspection, would highly recommend!

Dan and team were fantastic! Very professional and very thorough. I am a Real Estate Agent in NYC and have been through dozens of inspections, that being said, this was an inspection for a house I was buying and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Great experience and highly recommend ComfortSpec! We had our first home inspection in January and were very satisfied with our inspector as he found many things we missed and helped us realize that was not the home for us. The inspection went great! Time was taken to ask questions, questions were answered. Asoon as we arrived, the inspectors explained the process, they kept us informed every step of the way. Very informative. It was also an easy process for us and fun! We were very nervous, hoping that everything would be fine and they eased our nerves. They were very funny and professional. The inspectors were very helpful and honest with us. This is the first time my husband and I are buying a home, so the inspectors were very nice to us and explained everything in detail. We had a lot of questions and they answered every single one. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Joseph was extremely friendly and went over everything that him and his assistant were going to do during the two hours the inspection would take. They talked to us throughout the inspection and advised us of what they were finding. I left the home inspection feeling very confident in the work Joseph had done and knew that there wouldn't be any surprises when we got our written report. The report was received in less then 24 hours, and spelled out everything they had had found. It was very easy to read and understand and was a great asset to us in deciding what we needed to repair.

We wanted to be present for our home inspection and when we arrived 20 minutes early Joe & Aaron were already there waiting for us. These young gentleman were VERY professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They went through a breakdown of everything they were going to do outside and inside the home and explained that if we had any questions or concerns they would go over them in detail with us. We were very impressed with how thorough Joe and Aaron were. It was cold, icy and wet outside and these guys did a full inspection and a thorough inspection. I highly recommend ComfortSpec. Previous rave review already submitted on my selection of Comfort/Specs for my home inspection. Krista was absolutely the best! Krista offered me several dates for the inspection and scheduled it very fast and on a date I could attend. Feb 13th at 1:00 was my scheduled appointment with Dan. I arrived early and there was Dan and Derrick in the driveway there to meet and greet me. All of the staff I have met including these two gents were very organized, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer oriented. They presented my with a Welcome packet and explained to me in detail how they would perform the inspection. I noted to them my concerns from the seller's disclosure agreement, they stated if it is a problem we're confident in finding it. They patiently answered all my questions too.
