He was prompt for appointment, actually early, and completed job in a timely manner. Also, the office staff was friendly and helpful. One of our a/c units went out last evening. I texted Comfort Experts and requested Sr. Tech, Tom Butcher , to come to our rescue. Heard back back early this morning that Tom would come today between 11 and 1. He was able to come earlier which was unexpected but great. Tom was absolutely fantastic. Quality work. Patient with many questions. I asked that he be assigned to all future work/inspections. Yes, he is that good!

We really like Comfort Experts and the very high quality work of their employees. Tom Butcher continues to impress. He came by yesterday for our fall tune up. Not only is he extremely competent but he is also extremely honest in giving his assessment about the longevity of our equipment. Lost our cold air Wed. night. Called Comfort and they would come out Th. Comfort showed up within the time window and did a fantastic job. He fixed the whole thing in under 2 hours. The unit works great. I highly recomend them.

For many years I struggled to find an HVAC provider that was honest, reliable, and affordable. I've mostly worked with Ryan (the owner) and he's been great so far. I use Comfort Experts for both my home and business, they've always been on time and done good work. I had one minor issue with some ductwork they installed last year, but they came back out and fixed it with no further problems. I hope they maintain this level of service, I'd like to stay with them forever.

Very professional and courteous. Installed a new unit after the compressor in our 15 year old unit burned out. Tom was especially helpful when we had issues with the new thermostat. Highly recommend.
