Comfort Experts is the BEST company around! Their customer service is impeccable! They came out and diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly and fixed it even quicker! They are my go to for any AC service and repair.

Called at 9:00. They arrived at 1:00. Fixed and gone by 2:00. Unit was under warranty so only labor. Very fast, honest….. Highly Recommended. !!

AC went out with no warning. Put a blast out on yelp and they were the first to answer. Super fast. They were able to be there the next morning. David was professional and able to troubleshoot and fix my problem. Couple hiccups along the way but he handled like a champ. Good experience overall.

Comfort Experts needs to be your first call for HVAC Services. I contacted them Monday to have someone come out as I needed to have an additional return put into my son's bedroom (bad AC design from the 80s). They sent Ted out on Wednesday morning. Within MINUTES of explaining the issue of not getting enough airflow to my front bedroom, Ted had adjusted the air vents and we already had an improvement of airflow. I had been requesting this of my current, soon to be previous company, for the last 18 months and not one person fixed my issue. Ted took the time to explain the issue of why this is happening. Checked it all out and within 60 minutes I had a quote (within my price range - when does that happen!) to get the work done. We discussed several options and there was no pressure on the work I decided to have done. Got a call later that morning and they could have someone out...

John was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When it came to pricing he was very competitive. Best of all, he was able to get his crew out the very next day to do the install.

They are a very honest company, and they do great work. I am a project manager in the valley, and we use them on all of our projects. I also hired them to install my personal AC. Ryan and crew are the best in the valley.

I would highly recommend Comfort Experts! Our AC went out overnight a few nights ago. We texted Comfort Experts at 4:00am on a Sunday and we had an answer back at 7:00am. Matthew was at our house by 8:00am! He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and looked over our AC unit to make sure everything else looked good. We were thrilled! He said they are a family owned business and it shows! After using several other “chain” companies over the years, we will always use Comfort Experts from here on out.

My AC wasn’t working properly, so I called Comfort Experts since they serviced my last house and did a great job. They came to the rescue again right away. Matt was the tech who came and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I did feel bad he had to work in the heat but he never complained. My AC is fixed within a few days (had to wait for parts). This company is highly recommended!

Comfort Experts has been the best company I’ve used for servicing my A/C. They are always honest and professional. When my unit stopped working properly I gave a call first thing in the morning and was given an appointment for that same morning. Connor quickly diagnosed the problem and had my a/c back up and running shortly after. I highly recommend them.

Great People & Service

I have two units on the roof that are not young and needed to be checked-out and serviced. These guys (Mathew) were excellent communicators, here on time and got right to it. Maintenance, and some electrical upgrades were needed, he got it done and really reasonable/fair/great price too.

Chris was out to do our “ready for summer service” and we told him about a noice issue in the attic that the original installation company was unable to diagnose. Chris explored our system, found a loose, poorly secured area of the system. Fixed the noise. Comfort Experts truly are expert in heating/cooling systems. We have them on retainer 🤗

My AC shut down and wasn't sure why. I called Comfort Experts to come and have a look. I believe his name was Steve. He was very polite and professional besides being punctual. He located the issue which was behind some newly installed drywall. He went and got the new part which was a condensation pump. He had to cut into the newly installed drywall which we decided to actually put in an access point so we wouldn't have to do this again. He did an amazing job and I love that my AC is working fine and the access point looks it belongs. Will definitely be calling on Comfort Experts for additional maintenance on my AC unit moving forward.
