This company is awesome! I had them come out for my tattoo shop and needed a few things done quickly. They were professional, timely, and very nice on the phone. The prices were great, for all the services they provided, they were cheaper than what I have been quoted for my own home services from other companies. On Friday afternoon our a/c stopped and gave an error message… others were able to come Saturday or Monday for an up charge, Comfort Experts came over and had us cool before our dinner company arrived! How great is that?!!! Respectful, and kept everything clean. Thank you for a great service!

Got home at 6:30pm, AC was out, called Comfort and set an appointment for the morning at 10am, Tom called me at 9:15 saying he was on the way. Got here and done by 10:15am. Excellent Service!

First the $69 flat inspection/ diagnostic fee got me interested. Then Chris the HVAC tech was so down to earth & personable. Finally the ease of payment ( deposit, balance) & excellent service (good/news, choices) convinced me Comfort Experts was the best choice for me.

When our AC went down on a holiday, Comfort Experts came out and helped us ASAP! Our AC was ancient though and we needed to have it replaced a month later anyway. Comfort Experts listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions and then installed quickly and professionally. The install team, Joe and Miguel were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We felt like we were in good hands.
Everyone we've interacted with has been wonderful - especially Chris who took the time and effort to measure lots of things on our relic of an unit, to make sure we had the right replacement and that it would go in properly too!

They answered the phone the first time I called while other company's you have to leave a message and wait for a call back and they had someone at my house right away. Great experience. Comfort Experts quickly dispatched a technician to us. He was thorough and professional. He explained every step what he found and what he needed to do to fix it. Our A/C was up and running again. I am super satisfied with the service. The cost was within reason and fair.
