Our AC had failed on a Friday evening (like they always do) and began the search for a good company to diagnose and hopefully fix the unit. Saturday morning, after 2 calls to other companies that were less-than-promising (one not even answering, and another offering an appointment for the following day) I called Comfort Experts and my call was taken by the owner. He said he could have a tech come out that day (Thank goodness).
In the appointed timeframe, technician Trevor showed up to help. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the unit as the temperature inside was getting warmer and warmer. Trevor was up front with the fix, what it would cost and his recommendations to maintain the unit for the hot summer to come. I have had Comfort Experts service my home twice in the past few weeks. Jeremy Mason was the technician and did a great job getting the a/c fan replaced as well as all new wiring to help the unit function more efficiently. He was very good about answering all my questions, helped get my smart thermostat programmed to my phone remotely, and was great to work with. Highly recommend Comfort Experts and will be using them going forward for all maintenance, also.

With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. Thanks Ryan for your quick response to our AC outage and that you came to look at the unit within 30 minutes at the end of the work day. Our system is an old park model and we know it will need replacement at some point in the not-too-distant future. Ryan was wonderful. Of course my AC Quit on a Saturday afternoon when it was 111 degrees. Ryan was here in less than 2 hrs and had it
up and running very quickly. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and solution that was easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or Hesting work.

After calling several other companies who were unavailable, Ryan was able to come out within about a hour of calling. He was able to tell me the problem very quickly and fix our AC in an hour. I chose Comfort Experts because of prior reviews, and now I know why they are so favorable. I called expecting service later in the week, but Ryan answered immediately and Jeremy was at my house within an hour. Jeremy was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He told me all my options, the price for the extent of work that needed to be done was fair, and my home is now cold again! We worked with Ryan M one of the owners and he was very professional, quick to respond and explained everything to us. We had numerous quotes for new AC units and ended up choosing comfort experts as we felt they had excellent experience and reviews, rapport was top notch and their availability was very quick! Ryan and his team of installers did an excellent job on new equipment for my home. I highly recommend his service. Knowledge and honesty are hard to find in the HVAC industry here in Arizona.

Just had to give a shout out about this amazing company. I called, on a weekend, because my a/c was starting to fade and the wife wasn't very happy. It was starting to get hot outside and our unit was having to work hard to keep up.

Being the smart husband, I did my research and immediately contacted Comfort Experts. They were very fast to respond and arranged to have a technician out to my home the next morning. Sure enough, at 8:00 a.m. Jeremy was at my door, completely outfitted with PPE. I felt safe and secure knowing that he had my family's safety and comfort in mind from the start. Long story short, he identified the issues, addressed them to my satisfaction, and now I'm a very cool customer!

Can't recommend this company enough.
Punctual, honest and didnt try to upsell. I first called just asking for maintenance on my unit. Once the tech arrived (early!) he asked some initial questions and then took a look at my unit. He came in and explained exactly what was wrong with unit, and what he believed would fix it. He took the time to explain what each part did and then what he thought would be the best course of action.We ended up forgoing the fix and asked for a quote for a new unit.
After getting multiple quotes for similar units we found Comfort to be the best price out there. They were ready to install the following morning and were on time.
