My AC stopped working on a 100 degree Saturday. Comfort Experts was able to get someone to my house in less than 2 hours. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get a part on order and my AC was back working before afternoon on Monday.

Comfort Experts is amazing!! Ryan is the best!!! a/c unit went out they were here and the issue was fixed within hours of it going out! Very honest as our ac is 20 years old on to replace or fix! You definitely have a new customer!!

Ryan, the owner, was very quick to respond and arrange for the service call. He was very thorough in his explanation of what might be the problem, as I described the symptoms. Robin, from the office, arranged for an early morning call very quickly, within 3 days of my call, and assigned a technician named Jeremy to provide the service. Jeremy showed up on time. He was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained all phases of his work in so much detail that I almost understood it all. He identified the defective part, explained how it was failing, and offered his recommendations (replace it while still under warranty), along with potential problems that might happen if left as is. I agreed to have it replaced since it would only cost me labor, which actually turned out to be quite extensive, given the nature of the job, I gave a 50%...

Was able to book a basic maintenance appointment Friday night for the following Monday afternoon. Tech called about half an hour before coming, right in the middle of the window I was given. Was professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going through the inspection I’ve seen others rush through. We did have some things that ended up needing repairs, but the pricing was fair, and he was able to do them right then. There was no pressure to follow his recommendations, he just explained and then let us make our decision. It’s 118 today, and I don’t remember the last time our A/C ran this well! And it’s 11 years old.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Had our Ac go out this may, and fortunately we decided to call Comfort Experts. They sent out Ryan to help get it rolling through the weekend, which was greatly appreciated because my wife was pregnant. We ended up replacing the entire system. They bent over backwards to make the process fast and easy the entire time. The price was very competitive and the quality of the system and the install was top notch. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and craftsmanship. I wouldn’t think twice having them work on my moms house.

I highly recommend these guys. They provided exceptional customer service, were extremely proficient, and our technician was just an all around good person. Ryan, our tech, was here on time and able to accommodate us with same day service. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with one of our A/C units very quickly and had all the replacement parts with him. He was in and out within an hour even though the issue was pretty complex. Our A/C is now up and running again!

Ryan Constrom came right out after I called him that my AC was not working . He was A very professional and nice guy. He said that the AC needed a repair and capacitor. He was so wonderful To go back to the shop and get the parts needed to fix my AC in the same night. I would definitely recommend him.

My AC quit on a 113 degree day. They had someone to my house the same day. Jeremy was my tech and he was professional and able to fix the problem during the visit. He explained the problem to me in detail and what the cost would be to fix it. He even called to confirm the warranty coverage. I will be signing up for the maintenance program that they offer also!

These guys are awesome. They replaced our ac 2 years ago and were absolutely fantastic. Today our ac stopped working and they were able to send out a tech same day and he was able to get it back up and running in less than an hour. 5 🌟

After hours and hours of research Comfort Experts quoted us the best quality equipment and price of the 4 quotes I received. Rare to get both in my experience. Thorough and complete install with some of the small things included that others were excluding. Just felt this company were being straight with us from beginning to end. Outdoor unit and furnace were replaced. The installers were all very professional and personable. Guys had a great attitude despite the 100+ degree day outside and that much more in the attic. Wife and myself were really pleased with the whole experience.
