I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this office. I’ve been wearing glasses and lenses since I was a teen and I’ve been to several doctors over the years. By far the best experience I have had has been in this office. From the front desk to the technicians and doctors, I saw great professionalism and care.
I originally went in because I was referred by a friend who had lasik surgery and was very happy. After a thorough exam and discussion Dr. Cohen and his staff went through the options I had and what the cost would be. I found them honest and straight forward. Other places I had been to were pushy and tried to pressure me to book a surgery appointment but here I found them educating me to make my own decision and were not at all pushy. I was referred to Dr. Cohen for a complex cataract surgery by my own ophthalmologist. I was initially hesitant because of the distance but my ophthalmologist told me that there are very few surgeons in New York that could do a decent job on my complex cataracts.
Dr. Cohen did a great job. After having both eyes done with multifocal lens implants I can see both far and near without any glasses. I feel like Dr. Cohen gave me back my youthful vision. Read more >
