My wife and I will never use Cohen eye institute ever again! I never paid for routine eye exam before with my insurance just the copay, now you charged me routine exam fee! If this was the case why didn't you tell me this before the eye exam? You charged this fee without my authorization! This is an illegal practice! I will complain about this to any place that needs to be!
