Excellent Experience and Outstanding Results!
I had cataract surgery with implantation of Vivity Toric EDOF lenses performed by Dr. Ilan Cohen at Cohen Eye Institute (New Jersey office).
From the very beginning, everything was top-notch: caring and professional staff, clear explanations, and the latest technology (LensX laser). The surgery itself was quick and comfortable.
On day 4 after my left eye surgery, my vision is already significantly better than before the operation. Colors are bright, distance vision is good, and although there is still some mild blur (which the doctor explained is normal due to temporary corneal swelling), I’m confident it will continue to improve over the next 1–2 weeks.

The original exam was very thorough and complete. Techs did some of the exam as a preliminary exams. Dr had most of the info when she came in and was also pleasant and comforting. All went well . Follow up 2 weeks later was good quick and thorough. Will make Cohen my optometrist for the future. Jim

Dr. Argano truly changed my life. I suffer from severe dry eyes, MGD, and ocular rosacea, and I used to be in constant pain. I was relying on eye drops hourly, which significantly impacted my quality of life. Dr Argano has been patient, compassionate, and has gone above and beyond in my care.
