Good not to sit long for wait

I was greeted right away. The staff is very welcoming. Dr Chen is smart, thorough and spends the time needed to explain the examination. The reason that I gave it 4 stars is because I always have to wait 30 to 40 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor.

It was a pleasure to be treated by Dr Chen. Knowledgeable and caring, a great combo!

The moment you walk through the doors , you are greeted with a smile and a welcome. The girls at the front desk are very personable. The other staff members are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cohen makes you feel at ease and explains everything to you about your eyes.

It is easy to make an appointment whether it is a follow up visit or one in the future. I would recommend Cohen Eye Institute for all eye care.
