I always have an amazing experience at Cohen Institute I am hearing impaired and every person I deal with is so considerate and go out of their way to make sure I have understood everything that is said to me I thank you for that. In addition I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time and the entire staff is not only helpful and friendly but knowledgeable.

Dr. Chen (and the assistants) are wonderful. They are considerate, thorough and so efficient. I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend this doctor and this office.

Dr. Cohen is an amazing physician and surgeon. His ability to explain each option that is available to the patient and make it clear is exceptional. His YouTube videos are a plus. Even after another doctor told me, I was not a good candidate years ago for this procedure, BUT now I have 20/20 vision. Since the morning after the procedure, I have no need for glasses and the recovery is great! Amazing care and skill from Dr. Ilan Cohen and his entire team of professionals.

It was an excellent experience. My eye exam went really well and Dr Chen did a thorough job and explained everything as she went along and answered all the questions I had so I could understand what was happening. The person helping with new glasses and sunglasses was excellent to work with and extremely helpful getting everything I needed and wanted for them. Everyone else had also done a great job getting prepped for the exam and setting up timing for my next year’s exam. I would highly recommend your practice
