I had ICL surgery with Dr Ilan Cohen, he has such a great personality and explains you the procedure in a simplistic way. The receptionist is very welcoming and all other staffs are amazing at what they do. The prep for surgery was almost 1 and half hours, they will add drops and make sure your eyes is ready and also inject the needle on your hand to add an anesthesia drops to numb your eyes in the surgery room. The surgery it’s self was like under 15 minutes for both eyes. I have done surgery on both eyes. Totally worth $9000. First day after surgery my vision is great. Vision will become sharper usually within few days. It is amazing to see without glasses after two decades. A bit disappointed. My vision even after the capsulotomy is not 100% clear. Dr. Argano says it's because I need a slight prescription for that eye. I didn't need it for my left eye aftrr cataract surgery 11 years ago. Read more >

The team at Cohen Eye Institute went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get my prescription. When we realized my prescription, which was covered, was still over $300, they were able to offer a sample to help me in the meantime.
