My team of plumbers did a great job replacing our hot water heater! They were also very kind and courteous. They asked permission before moving anything, and before they left they replaced everything to its original location. Two very wonderful professional gentlemen who worked hard and did a fantastic job.

The technician was very friendly and explained to me in great detail the steps he was about to take to fix the gas lantern. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it. He provided a warranty on his work. The gas lamp is now working as new! Highly recommended.

My A/C went out last night. Jeff and Franco were very professional and got it working perfectly today. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and informed me of what they were doing as they did it. I felt they were completely competent and honest in their excellent delivery of service. The price was very reasonable and they were VERY prompt.

They were prompt, took a look at my problem, offered a solution that was fair amd honest. They took the time to really understand the issue and did not go immediately to the most expensive solution for which I appreciate.

They came out the same day I called about the sewage blockage I had and resolved it within a couple of hours. They were very quick!

The plumbers showed up on time and had the leak fixed within an hour. They were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use Cody & Sons again if the need arises.
