The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. I got the price for the initial inspection of the damage, a text with the picture and name of the technician servicing my home. He used a clearly marked vehicle, plastic foot coverings inside and was helpful to explain everything. I paid with on a tablet. I would recommend using again.

Cody & Sons replaced my water heater. They were quick to respond to my call, with friendly and professional technicians. They did an excellent job of removing and disposing the old heater. The installation of the new heater was top notch. I always call Cody & Sons for all my plumbing needs.

When I did a search on Google for plumbers to unclog toilets, Cody & Sons Plubing came up with a rating of 4.9 and over 500 reviews. That is really unheard of but after using them today, I see why they have such an outstanding rating.

They were at the house within an hour of me calling them. The 2 service technicians that came, I don’t know how they managed, but walked into a biohazard sewage mess and handled it like the pros they are. They even gave my disabled, elderly landlord a senior citizen discount!

It took a while, but that was no fault of theirs. They had to unclog 2 toilets. Thank you Cody & Sons! I will refer you every chance I get!!!

Phone call to make appointment was easy and supplied much information including rates for different services. Eric arrived right on time for our appointment and efficiently solved several plumbing problems thoroughly. (2 plumbers had previously not given a permanent solution). Clean-up was perfect. Eric was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and the charges for each job. The cost was reasonable considering the range of services provided. A very detailed invoice arrived via email soon after job was completed. Would highly recommend Cody and Sons!!

I was given a quote by milestone to install a thermostat that was over $1200.00, Cody and sons did if for $200.00. The tech was pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable, and patient while explaining the ac/heat issues I was having. I'll definitely use their services again.
