James is a master plumber. He leaves the room, in this case 2 bathrooms, cleaner than they were!
He can carefully cut a big square of drywall to get access to the pipes and then he fits it back with a new supportive structure! All that is needed is a bit of "mud" here and there and a bit of paint. Never had a plumber do this before.
Every Cody experience for both plumbing and AC/Heat is an exceptional experience Technicians always arrive on time, communication is excellent, office staff excellent. James had an apprentice with him who offered a glowing report of what "a great company" Cody and Sons is to work for. That is an ideal review.
PS: With each positive expedience with Cody I get to briefly...share my story of my great grandmother's tea party with Buffalo Bill in Queens New York, a long time ago. :)

Eric was fantastic, along with his apprentice. Very thoughtful, took time to explain to me what they were doing and why they needed to do it. We have been using other plumbers in the past, but not any more. The text messages of when they were coming, along with Eric's picture is a fantastic idea and wish other services used this.

They were helpful but not totally successful. They fixed the clog in plug but later it stopped up. I had to remove the pee trap and fish out more clog.

Cody and Sons Plumbing, Heating and Air Company has always properly diagnosed and solved all challenges at my house. Recently, the toilet in my master bathroom broke the connection to the flapper and stopped flushing. One never realizes what a convenience it is to have a working toilet nearby until it becomes necessary to race to the other end of the house to use it! I contacted Cody and Sons to do some plumbing work on a property that I have listed for sale. Cody and Sons was retained to correct bathroom plumbing that was incorrectly installed by another local plumber. In addition, Cody and Sons repaired a water leak in the slab foundation. Initially, an estimate in the amount of $2000 was received for the slab leak repair from another plumber. However, this estimate was only to dig for the leak outside the property at the water hose spout. I was advised if the leak was not there I would have to pay additional costs for a Slab Leak Specialist. Cody and Sons detected the leak (precisely) for a minimal fee and the slab leak repair was completed within 1 business day.
