Even and Andrew were very helpful and honest. Evan didn’t beat around the bush, he told me straight up about his knowledge of dealing with tankless water heaters what he knew and what he didn’t know about the electrical tankless water heaters. He told me what he can do to help me get hot water running again. Which is why I chose to have him reinstall my new tankless water heater. The other guy’s the came out before Evan and Andrew did was telling me he was going to have to charge me $409 hour to be on the phone with the manufacturer getting info about the product, Evan was willing to do research at home and then help me with my issue.
