This is my 4th time using Cody & Sons. They are always reliable, friendly and professional. A technician was sent out the same day to fix my AC. Can’t thank them enough!

I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with regarding my plumbing issue. The office staff was very polite in making the appointment. They contacted me to confirm on the day prior to the appointment. Sent an e-mail on the morning of, with information regarding the technician so I knew who to expect. Arrived right on time. The repair was completed promptly. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Cody and sons plumbing for a different problem. This summer the gas company replaced gas lines in my neighborhood. They sent their own plumber to relight my gas water heater. I noticed the constant smell of gas after that contract plumber relit my gas water heater after bleeding the line. It appears ONCOR Energy and/or Mastek is sending unqualified plumbers to do gas water heater bleeding and relighting. Their plumber did tell me he only had One year’s experience.

I contacted Cody and Sons Wednesday morning. They arrived before noon. They followed proper procedures during this COVID-19 pandemic. They were quick, courteous, and efficient. They explained that it was a loose connection that the other plumber had left.

I will seek reimbursement from ONCOR energy and Mastek since they sent the unqualified plumber.

Great service..I had a new gas line put in..they were on time, finished in under 2 hours..super informative and quality work.

We have used Cody & Sons many times before, and recently replaced one of our 20+ year old AC units with them. It was an overall outstanding experience. Mike was very pleasant to work with, he was courteous and professional, and the installation crew led by Jimmy was wonderful; they followed covid-19 guidelines and kept their masks on the entire time they were working. Katie, who handles dispatch, was very organized and stayed on top of scheduling inspections, communicating, taking care of warrantees, etc. She even found some rebates offered by Oncor and applied for us. Overall, the staff at Cody & Sons was wonderful to work with. In addition, the pricing was very reasonable and explained up front - one fixed cost was agreed upon. We had a great experience with Cody & Sons and would definitely recommend them.

We have had the most wonderful experience with this company! The gentleman who fixed both our units was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice! He quickly fixed our units in 100 degree heat and we very grateful. He was was wonderful!

Excellent service on our AC check-up service today from Lee and excellent customer service in office with Neeta. They were both courteous and professional. Very impressed!!!

I have an a/c unit that is too small for my home. In, addition it gets too hot in my attic. An inspector came soon after I had called. Very professional and gave me a quote afterwards broken up into tasks. This help put in perspective what I could afford to get done and what wasn't. I didn't use them just cause of pricing.

I was experiencing a leak from my washing machine behind laundry room wall. Cody & Sons quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. There was water damage, which is outside of their expertise, but they kindly referred me to a company that could help.
