I really like the procedures for setting up an appointment; the notifications while waiting for the tech to arrive; and the bio with photo and credentials. Once the tech (Mike) arrived, he was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We will use them in the future.

Cody & Sons did an excellent job. The technician , Juan Mora, was on time and gave his recommendations for replacing all the cast iron pipes with PVC for a home with a crawl space. The work was also done quickly and the whole process was stress free. The customer service reps are also very helpful and responsive. Juan Mora was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate Cody & Sons' services along with adapting new rules to deal with Covid-19.

They make you feel like they are trying to help you and not upsell you on unnecessary things. Giovanni has been my tech twice for AC needs and he is hard-working, friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Could not recommend Giovanni and Cody & Sons enough.

We recently purchased a new Kohler Graze touchless faucet for our kitchen sink. We asked for a recommendation on who would be familiar with installing these type faucets. The sales rep recommended Cody & Sons so I set up an appointment to have it installed. We had some other general outdoor plumbing repairs that needed attention as well so I scheduled everything to be done in one trip.

Juan and Alex arrived promptly at 9:00 AM this morning as scheduled and provided an overview of what they planned on doing, including the scope and cost of all work to be performed. They were both very knowledgeable about everything we requested to be done and wasted no time in completing the job. Along the way, we realized we needed a new gas service connected to the home from the meter and the way Phil and his team went about everything was extremely professional, showed us all of our options, why we needed it, and how it was going to get done. They stayed late to ensure we had everything done in a timely manner. I can't say enough good about the work they did.

James worked diligently to solve our drain problem. He was here when they said they would be and worked until they found a way to unclog our drain.
