Seemed pretty expensive to me, but what do I know. The serviceman was very nice and tried to explain everything to me with photos. He suggested a couple of other things to be done based on the photos. The office was responsive every time I needed to talk to them.

From how Juan resolved the problem and his recommendations to prevent a reoccurence to his COVID measures, appearance, and communication skills, we were very impressed.

We've used another provider for many years. They were not available this time when we needed them. Proximity to our home and Google reviews led us to Cody & Sons.

Now we see the level of service and professionalism we have been missing.
