ALL THE STARS!! I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely flawless from start to finish. It's Saturday evening of a 3-day holiday weekend and I think - I am doomed! I'll be sweating for days, inside my home! Nope. Cody & Sons had a technician at my house 40 minutes after I rang them up, as a first time customer. The person who answered the call was very friendly and professional even telling me it was okay to go ahead and get in their queue and if my usual guy beat them to it, I could just cancel, no problem - better safe than sorry. THEN I received a text with my technician's name and photo, plus an email with his photo and bio, and a call from him that he was on his way. WHAT! UPDATE AFTER INSTALLATION:
Steven and crew were able to install a day earlier than our appointment! Yay!! He setup a portable cooling unit to keep part of our home bearable while the installation was ongoing. Meanwhile, he and his crew endured brutal attic temps in our attic. Now that the new system is installed, my husband and I keep marveling about how nice it is to walk anywhere in the house and feel cool and comfortable. The old original system never worked like this! If you are in the market for a new system (or need service on your existing one) we highly recommend Cody & Sons!

Very punctual. The office called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know the guys are on their way to my house. I really appreciate this because I have many things to do and this way I’m not tied down to the house. I’m not in the plumbing business but I believe they’re pricing is honest and straightforward.

HONEST, professional, knowledgeable. Saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary cost that another service provider quoted me for replacing my entire A/C system when it wasn't even necessary! Will definitely use Cody's again.

UPDATE: have been with C&S since 2018 when I first used them. They continue to be amazing at customer service: responsive, caring, and extremely helpful.
