Evaluated Waterheater problem

This is an unusual review because they have not started the project yet. However, my experience so far has been great. After getting several bids, it was not only their quote that won us over but the initial encounter with setting up appointment, the detailed information regarding our current plumbing layout and the replacement plan. They were not the lowest bid but they were the only ones who crawled under a pier and beam house. Also, they were not looking for payment until the job is done. This is rare today. When you call you feel like you are speaking to friends. I'll post again when the job is done .

Franco was great but i will not be rating workmen anymore. we are not china.

Tech/Franco very focused & thorough. Tested/measured all the electric parts, changed all filters, checked coolant pressure, washed compressor per a $99.00 special offer. I wanted an additional 3 inch pad raising compressor out of rain water. He explained & showed why this would be a disconnect with reconnect with new ultraviolet -proof foam cover for $860 with 1 yr parts & labor warranty. I approved and learned much about house humidity as he worked a half day job. This is my third contact & will do it again (plumbing & air).

They came between the hours promised. Installed 3 toilets and shower head. Took their time and were very careful with them. Cleaned up everything and explained and went over everything they did. I’ve always used them. Even at my previous parents location. Thank you guys!!
