He was very friendly, took the time to properly listen what my issue was, and then walked me through what the possible fixes were. He presented me with three fixing, which widely ranged in price. He did not try to push a more expensive fix and suggested we start from the cheapest and work our way up if required.

I had an excellent experience with Joseph and Andrew of Cody and Sons Plumbing when they came to install two faucets, a kitchen sink and to fix my shower. Scheduling with their office couldn't have been easier and on the morning they were due to arrive, the office called and texted beforehand to verify that I was ready for them.
I was very impressed with Joseph and Andrew's knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and especially their quality of work and attention to detail. They took the time to fully answer my questions, explain what they were doing and gave me tips on tools and maintenance. They even asked if I wanted them to install a toilet seat - which I had been planning to do myself - at no extra cost! That was not expected on my part.
