Water heater went out after 17 years. We called Cody &Sons yesterday and they came out today and installed a new one.

Evan was great, very professional, right on time and knowledgeable. Fixed our problem quickly.

I called at 8:00, they were here by 10:00. I thought I had a leak but they checked the pipes and connections, all were good. Said perhaps it was a door seal and how to remedy that problem. I asked them about replacing a broken faucet in my bathtub. I had already consulted one or two others and they were unable to fix it, but not unable to charge me. The technician looked at it, said they could fix a leak in it and replace for under $180. I don’t know if I could have had it done cheaper, but I’m just glad it’s finally fixed!! They’re really nice, too.

Christian and his crew did a great job replacing our AC system with a new system and we’re very happy with the work we had done.

We had Mike “big mike” as out tech and he did a wonderful job of explaining everything and fixing our ac units. Would highly recommend. He was honest and pleasant to talk too.

They performed our annual plumbing inspection. Drained the water heater and made recommendations! Great Company!

Cody and Sons resolved my previous issue with the repair process on my mini split unit. They have since been out for routine maintenance and are doing a stellar job yet again. Thanks Cody and Sons :)

So disappointed. I have been with Cody and Sons since 2018. They have been maintaining two brand new systems. It’s been all fine, until one system actually needed work. They sent the SAME tech (who obviously knows nothing about mini split systems) to my house three times and then just decided to never return and communicate what the issue is.

They tried to say that they had set up a “phone appointment” yesterday between 8-10am and that someone tried to reach me. That was a total lie. I received no call or voicemails all day yesterday. No one has since reached out to me. We will be moving on to a better company.

Evan went the extra mile to ensure our home was leak free after we detected several gas leaks at our home.

Cody is the best and we always request him when we have plumbing needs.

This place is great. Marissa, the service rep, took time to understand my specific situation. Mike explained the problem with my AC unit in a way that was understandable. Fortunately, the fix was pretty easy. Definitely recommend!

Cody and Sons VIP program for twice-a-year whole home preventative maintenance is such a good bargain. And with awesome techs like Evan you won’t be left with any issues. Evan was very respectful of our home and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our plumbing and HVAC system.

A/C has drain problem. Fixed that, went into attic, checked outside. Did a through job. This is a great business to use for plumbing or a/c work. Great customer service and servicemen are knowledgeable and efficient. Workers are courteous and very hard working. I Have used their service for many years and would recommend them for any of the various services they cover.

My furnace stopped working during this last arctic front. Tre with Cody & Sons came several hours before my scheduled appointment, and not a moment too soon.

What made Tre's work remarkable was his care and consideration in his work. Tre's first response was not to replace parts until it worked, but to carefully diagnose the system and clean and clear internal lines until the system could function again. He was up front about his work and potential solutions (and the costs thereof).

If Cody and Sons has more Tre's in their roster, they are a quality business.
