Thank you for help with our maintenance

The work was on a leaky pipe above the hot water heater. They also determined that our washing machine does not have a leak, but the pipe seems to be clogged. Because of the rain, they didn't think that getting on the roof was a good idea. They are returning Monday morning to unclog the roof pipe.

The Macintosh Condos in Winnetka Heights had a leak in the alley. We got a quick response and the problem was repaired very quickly & thoroughly.

I have been using Cody & Sons for HVAC maintenance since I bought my house. Every single technician is prompt, professional and extremely courteous.
5 years on and I'm still receiving the highest level of customer service. Will continue to use and recommend.

Cody & Sons has been a consistently positive experience for my HVAC and Plumbing needs at my house and my rental. We recently had to replace most of the AC system at our Townhome, and Chris was extremely professional and thorough in replacing our unit, and explaining everything thoroughly.

Right at the same time, we had a sewage line backup at our other property, and obviously needed the line replaced, as it was an older piping from decades ago that was collapsing (pre-PVC). Cody & Sons quote on that job was almost double what a few other local plumbers charged, so in this case, we opted to go with someone else.

Other than that, this is a great group, and their preventative maintenance offerings for Plumbing and HVAC are a great offering.
