New review of 3rd visit: Ryan, Pedro S , Pedro M, and Yobani were the team that did the comprehensive annual Clear Wash services of my home. They continue to do a thorough job and communicate well with me.

This is the 2nd time we used Clearview Softwash and this time opted for majority of exterior home services. They have a good brochure on the benefits of non pressure washing and provide video links. The estimator, Dan, spelled out the costs by line item. Our roof touch up was covered under their service warranty and we were offered a discount for remaining requests. Their scheduler, Pam, says she can work her magic on the calendar, and we had a team scheduled in a week. Pam had our property requests on file from our first service so a reintroduction wasn’t needed. We reviewed these requests again with Dan on a walk around. He went over all of this with the crew...

Clearview wash us thorough in their explanation of work, email communication is clear and their employees are very polite and courteous — David, Ryan & Tatone. They are responsive and prompt with estimates and scheduling. I appreciate the ecological approach to cleaning moss from rooftop and window washing. My plants & shrubs were protected from harmful chemicals. I appreciate the 5 yr guarantee on roof cleaning. Certainly an investment but recommended!
