I had a great experience at Clear Optical! Their customer service truly stood out—especially Simran at the front desk, who was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared more about giving me honest advice than just making a sale. I received glasses at a very reasonable price—much better than any other optical shop I’ve visited in Georgetown. Simran also offered an amazing deal on lenses that included a free assessment and extra packs, which no other place offered.

What impressed me even more is that I went back to her about three to four weeks after buying my frame because I was having some issues with it—and she fixed it right away without any charge. That kind of support is rare these days. I highly recommend Clear Optical for both their competitive prices and outstanding service!

Friendly staff great selection and we'll priced. Had my eyes examed as well cheaper than other places. Even though I had insurance they didn't take advantage of that. I got progressive lenses and still trying to get used to them not sure if I will stay with them.

Delightful kind hardworking people that show they care. I arrived to pick up my glasses I was late and they kept the store open because I drove a distance. How kind and they prepared a pickup bag with lens cleaning etc. 10/10
