We were not impressed with the lack of thoroughness and attention to detail after we paid over $800 for a "deep clean." We did a lot of prep work based on the pre-cleaning walkthrough as we were told to put away things and tidy up, only to find areas specifically mentioned were not cleaned. Dust and cobwebs were missed, corners of the floor were not vacuumed, and areas specified in the service description were not touched such as doors, door frames, and trim work. Areas that could have been cleaned up easily with a scrub were merely "hand wiped." Floors were not "deep cleaned"--they were vacuumed and quickly damp-mopped like you would expect from a weekly service, not a deep clean. I expected more from an expensive deep clean service, especially when they went out of their way to dictate terms and threaten us with additional costs if we weren't prepared for them. Did the house get clean? Sure. Was it cleaned to my expectations for a "deep clean" service at this price point? No. I sent all of this feedback to the office as they requested, and I spoke to someone, but no remediation or compensation was offered.
