I had tried another less expensive company since moving here three months ago, and wish I would have gone with Kate from the get-go. The team was amazing, showed up early with new quality equipment, and knew exactly what cleaning products to use with my wood floors. There were a couple of communication issues due to transitions, but I can say with confidence that Kate is an on-hands employer, a leader, and Sophia who is her "right hand" is responsive and will do whatever needs to be done to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have been with Cleaning By Kate for 4 years. They have done move out deep cleaning on a 6000 sq ft house, deep move in cleaning on a 2000 sq ft house, every two week cleaning on a 400 sq ft condominium apartment, and the current every two week cleaning on my current 2000 sq ft house which has two cats. The cleaners have always been professional, thorough, efficient, punctual, and pleasant. While some people might complain about the comparative price, you get what you pay for, and I have been pleased for for four years. Kate is detailed oriented owner and runs an efficient and responsive company with a very good team of cleaners.

Customer service is top notch, and had the ladies come to do a DEEP clean on my house, which sorely needed it. They have been very responsive, and we are setting up a monthly cleaning. Very pleased!
