From the first phone call to arrange an appointment to the time Ken walks out the door after the cleaning, we are more than just satisfied Cleancare. Some companies are just a business, but Cleancare of Boulder is a company who takes care of people and their home. Appointments are made with you in mind, convenient, timely and personable. Ken is prompt, courteous, considerate, professional and has a friendly manner. He demonstrates a great work ethic and earnest interest of pleasing the client. All estimates are written down prior to start of work so there is no misunderstanding of what is to be done and what it will cost. When Ken has completed his work, you will be given detailed instructions regarding the post-cleaning care.
We have been clients of Cleancare of Boulder for 15 years. We have had our carpets, upholstery and grout cleaned so we are confident when we refer them to others, they will be as pleased also.
