Billy and Ryan were very detailed and very responsive. I contacted them to clean our office building and they did the tile and grout, as well as the carpet. Omg...!!!! Wonderful carpet cleaning services provided. My technician come in friendly and introduce himself. He explain different stains in which would be able to come out and the ones that would Harold be visible. He cleaned the whole house in about an hour, and trust me I know wasn’t an easy task because of the stains our little ones left. #1 Carpet cleaning in DFW. Yes this is an actual person, my tech even keep his mask on.

Miguel was very professional and informative, answering our many questions. He reviewed our hardwood floors, provided a quote, and cleaned and applied a urethane coating all in one day. He also cleaned and sealed our tile floors. Miguel was very efficient and polite. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs!!

We used Cleanbright a few weeks ago to clean some hard stains on our brand new carpet. A few weeks later I noticed the stain was lighter but had expanded slightly. I already know that hard stains can be hard if not impossible to remove on a white carpet, but when I reached out to them they didn’t hesitate to schedule an appointment two days later to follow up. They did a new treatment and were able to completely remove all of the stains from our white carpet, completely. I asked how much I would owe them and they said they no charge, they just wanted me to be satisfied. I couldn’t believe it, I didn’t think that there are still companies that put customer service over everything else. I will use this company for life, they are environmentally friendly, they are good at what they do, and most importantly they will ensure customer satisfaction.

I had stains on my newly installed carpet, and another carpet that was ruined by my new puppies. I tried another company first but the guy was late and his attitude was poor. Miguel and the whole CleanBright organization were professional, and very eager to help me with my issues. They also support Veterans and were able to offer me a discount based off my service. They showed up the very next day on short notice, and were able to get rid of the stains and the smell from the dogs. They were such a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I am so happy that I called them, and I cannot recommend them enough. It is very rare today to find companies that actually support Veterans with their actions and not just their words. They worked with me on the price.
